tezuka once did a comic named “Don Dracula” and that’s really all you need to know.
only 2 chapters are available online (it’s never been licensed or scanned in full) but there’s also some of the tv series on some site called viki w/ what are apparently crowdsourced subtitles.
I don’t endorse reading scanned comics online (unless those comics are Don Dracula).
